Research projects boost Bath business
Over 200 Bath Business School students presented their final year research projects at a recent poster exhibition. Many of the projects examined challenges and issues faced by local businesses, fusing theoretical concepts and literature with primary research and data collected from business partners.
Examples include: an investigation into destination management in Bristol, sustainable packaging within the food and drink industry, brand choice, gender roles and marketing, the value of work placements to businesses, online advertising, and the impact of big data in business management.
Other students tackled international problems, such as: second hand clothes market research in China, the innovative behaviour of Mexican consumers, and costing systems of Chinese car dealers.
“We are delighted that our students continue to exceed expectations and deliver creative and enterprising solutions to real business problems.”
