Professor Georgina Andrews

Georgina is an elected member of the Council of the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS), and Vice-Chair of the CABS Learning, Teaching and Student Experience Committee. She is a Small Business Charter Academic Assessor, an External Examiner for the University of Chester and for Newman University, and a member of the Enterprise Committee of the University of Gibraltar.

Georgina has a strong track record of publications in academic journals, conference presentations, and employer engagement activity. Her main research interests are equity, equality and diversity, business education, and graduate employability. Georgina’s work has been referred to in the Northern Ireland Assembly, and in court in the United States of America.

Georgina joined Bath Spa University in September 2015 as Head of School and Professor of Business Education. Her academic career includes four years as Associate Dean at Southampton Solent University, responsible for academic quality and enhancement, and four years as Director of Southampton Solent Business School, and Professor of Business Education. Prior to this Georgina qualified as a solicitor and worked in industry specialising in company and commercial law, before leaving practice to become a Lecturer in Law.
